~Sleepy Flowers~

This week we took a moment to be Thankful for
the beautiful flowers that grew on our farm.
We went through pictures of flowers that were around my pond
back in the Spring. We decided that we should pull the weeds
and cleanup the area around the (now brown) sleeping flowers.

Whats for Morning Tea Time?
Nutella Croissants
~1 can of croissants
~1 jar of Nutella
Roll out dough.
Add 1 tps. Nutella and roll croissant. Bake as directed on package.

Now that our belly's are full, lets get to work:)
We rake straw from our back yard to cover our flowers up.

Yes, I know Sophie's hat is on backwards..
but we don't sweat the small stuff around here;)

A little brown bulb went to sleep in the ground.
There she slept very safe and sound.
While Old King Winter raged overhead.
The little brown bulb did not stir in her bed.....

After a lot of hard work we have all
our flowers covered and ready for Old King Winter!

To help celebrate the upcoming Holiday,
we decide to make turkey pictures.

Tearing paper for the background was
our favorite part!

Lots of messy glue needed:)

Ground and sky, can you see it? ....so pretty

At the end of the week Nathan asked if he could sit
with Dash while he ate dinner....
so we just sat and talked with him:)

We added some leaves from our pressed flower book..
at Sophie's request;)
