Busy Busy BUGS!!!

Good bugs....bad bugs....fuzzy bugs....and buzzy bugs. 

Any kind of bug the kiddos want to talk about; is what we will focus on this week. Lately the kiddos have been very dramatic about bugs, especially ants. Maybe after we do some exploring they won't be so fearful. 

After reading books and many discussions we did face paintings of our favorite bugs:)

 Now its time to explore!

ANTS!!!!!

The ants go marching one by one,
Hurrah, hurrah.
The ants go marching one by one,
Hurrah, hurrah.
The ants go marching one by one,
The little one stops to suck his thumb,
And they all go marching down
Into the ground to get out of the rain,
BOOM!  BOOM!  BOOM!

After a few minutes of searching

we find a lady bug.

and name her....

Lady;)

At the end of the week we became bugs ourselves...

GOOD bugs of course;)
